{I’ve chosen only the most grounded, truth-based and fact-based sources – ones that I’ve found most reliable.}

What on earth is going on? Why the world seems to be falling apart:

So what do I do? There are steps to take!
  1. Change your citizenship: Definitely the #1 thing to do! Events are lining up for God’s judgment of the world and the evil in it – but when anyone trusts in Jesus the Messiah and Savior to save them from their own guilt before God the Father, there is no judgment left for them… for you. Jesus died in your and my place because He loves us and wants us to be with Him, escaping judgment. He rose from the dead so that we could be given new, incorruptible life forever! Trust Him – believe that He’s done this, and wham! That’s it. You’re safe from the judgment of God. (Not only that, but you’re going to be with Him in perfect paradise forever!) Nothing else you can do. Nada – zip – zilch. Jesus has done it all.
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Romans 3:23-26

  • When your citizenship is in Christ, then you can find hope. You know that the promises of God in these last days for those who trust in Him (a.k.a. the church) apply to you. And you can have peace in your soul.
    • “I will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Revelation 3:10
    • Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:9
    • For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body… Philippians 3:20-21
    • Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
  • You know where you’re going! You know what awaits you, and it’s glorious – literally glorious. We know that we’ll be saved from God’s wrath, and that, no matter what the devil or this world throws at us in this life, we’re leaving this world one day to be in a place where there’s no more evil or suffering, where God’s perfect, infinite glories fill heaven.
